The Client

Coposit is a startup dedicated to addressing the financial challenges faced by first-time home buyers in Australia. They aim to create a solution that would enable buyers to enter the property market with ease, regardless of their budget constraints.

Challenges

Our mobile app development team has created an app for Coposit to help aspiring homeowners from Australia overcome the challenge of making a significant upfront deposit. The development process included overcoming numerous obstacles, such as backlog creation and grooming, resource allocation, communication, estimation and sizing, and continuous improvement.

Our Solution

To tackle this challenge, we've developed a mobile application that introduced a "buy now, pay later" concept. The app allows users to secure their desired house by making an initial payment and then making weekly payments over a certain period to fulfil the deposit.
