5. Human Oversight:
   We design for augmentation, not replacement — ensuring AI supports human judgement rather than removing it.

6. Continuous Review:
   We monitor AI systems post-deployment to detect bias, drift, or misuse — and act promptly to correct them.

Ethical Practices in Client Work

Our teams operate under strict professional conduct to protect our clients’ commercial and ethical interests:

• We sign NDAs and protect intellectual property with care.

• We disclose potential conflicts of interest before project commencement.

• We prioritise long-term partnerships over short-term gains.

• We refuse work that promotes harm, misinformation, or unethical exploitation of data.
