Yes — the majority of our enterprise maintenance clients come to us with existing applications built by another agency or developer. We run a thorough onboarding audit in the first week, document the codebase and architecture, identify outstanding vulnerabilities, and take over from there. No introduction from your previous developer required.

Yes. AI maintenance covers LLM API version monitoring and migration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock), prompt engineering updates and testing, RAG system and vector database maintenance, model performance and drift monitoring, AI feature regression testing, and AI infrastructure cost optimisation. As AI platforms evolve rapidly, ongoing maintenance is essential for any production AI feature — and most agencies simply don’t offer it.

Bug fixes correct existing functionality that is broken or behaving incorrectly — these are covered by your plan. New features add functionality that does not currently exist. New feature work uses your plan hours and we scope it before starting. If a feature request is significantly larger than your monthly hours can cover, we quote it as a separate development project.

Plans have a 3-month minimum commitment — enough time for us to properly onboard your application and show real results. After that it’s month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice, no questions asked. We don’t use lock-ins to retain clients. We use quality of service.

Week one: full codebase and architecture audit, security vulnerability identification, dependency review and performance baseline. We document everything before making any changes. Week two: we address the highest-priority issues using your plan hours and agree on what gets tackled first. By end of month one, monitoring is configured, communication is established and maintenance is running on our schedule.

We monitor App Store and Google Play policy changes and proactively flag anything that would affect your application before it becomes a rejection or removal. For new iOS and Android releases, we test compatibility in advance and apply required updates. If your app is rejected, we triage the reason, implement the required changes and resubmit — using your plan hours. We aim to have submissions back within 48 hours of a rejection notification.

On Standard (10 hrs/mo) and Premium (20 hrs/mo) plans, yes — unused hours roll over to future months. You build a buffer naturally and can use it when a bigger task arises. Basic (5 hrs/mo) hours do not roll over. We’ll notify you before you approach your monthly allocation so there are no surprises.
