DevOps and cloud infrastructure pricing works differently from software development — because the work falls into three distinct types: one-time setup engagements, AI and automation builds, and ongoing managed services. We price each type differently and never bundle services you don't need.

Every engagement starts with a free 60-minute Cloud Audit. We review your current infrastructure, deployment processes, security posture, and cloud costs — then give you an honest written assessment before you commit to anything. This is the equivalent of a GP visit before a surgeon touches you.

From there, we scope the right engagement, give you a fixed-fee proposal for setup work, and recommend the right monthly retainer for ongoing support. You own everything: all repos, Terraform state, cloud accounts, and credentials — from day one. We never mark up your cloud costs.
