Expected Strengths and Competencies:

• Proven experience in developing web applications with modern frontend technologies, including ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience with state management tools like Redux for scalable applications and strong grasp of RESTful APIs and GraphQL for seamless data handling.

• Expertise in responsive UI design, using Tailwind, SCSS, SASS, MaterialUI, MantineUI, and Styled Components.

• Solid understanding of client-side and server-side rendering for optimal performance.

• Experience in build optimization and memory leak management to enhance app efficiency.

• Familiarity with best practices, architectural patterns, and design patterns for scalable and maintainable web applications.

• Proficiency in version control using Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker for streamlined deployment.

• Understanding of asynchronous JavaScript for efficient application performance and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code reliability.

• Capability to write optimized, maintainable code and mentor team members with strong adherence to coding standards and best development practices.

• Understanding of multi-platform optimization, ensuring smooth performance across mobile and desktop.

• Familiarity with AWS services for cloud-based applications and experience with the MERN stack to integrate frontend and backend seamlessly.
