About This Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for collecting, researching, investigating and evaluating user requirements. Your responsibility will be to deliver an outstanding user experience by providing an exceptional and intuitive application design. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing team and to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.

What we are looking for:

  • University Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent degree in relevant stream
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Logical, tactful, problem-solver, self-learner

What UX / UI Designer be doing:

  • Understand the client’s requirements and the opportunities/ challenges associated
  • Prepare hi-fidelity design prototypes, mockups and wireframes and roll out to clients
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
  • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high-fidelity mockups
  • Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team, Digital Producer and Solution Design Team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Provide necessary input for smooth project development.
  • Complete and deliver each task in sprint within the deadline and send it to the supervisor for verification.
  • Provide timely information and solutions/feedback to the development team to minimise risks and control deviations in the project timeline.
  • Update project management tools in real-time daily to ensure that the team can overview the real-time status of the project development.
  • Cooperate with and support the People Operations department to conduct training and development activities to fulfil personal/professional development.
  • Cooperate with and support the People Operations department to conduct mid-term and end-term performance reviews as per the company’s performance management policy/procedure.
  • Cooperate with and support the People Operations department to conduct employee surveys.
  • Cooperate with and support the People Operations department to inculcate and institutionalise the company’s core values and cultural behaviours.
  • Cooperate with and support the People Operations department to implement people operations policies, procedures and regulations. Strictly follow the company’s code of conduct, rules and regulations and policies.
  • Study and update oneself with new technology and market trends to offer unique and best solutions in project development
  • Prepare personal improvement plans based on performance evaluation and work towards developing competencies as per the PIP.
  • Apart from all the duties listed above, perform any other duties as deemed necessary for the overall benefit of the Development department, employees and the company.

Competencies and Experiences that we are looking for:

  • Experience in creating high-fidelity design prototypes, mockups, and wireframes, as well as proficiency in developing accompanying design documentation such as design specifications, style guides, and design systems.
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software such as Figma, Indesign, Sketch etc.
  • Experience with user testing and usability analysis
  • Ability to translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software development processes. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing project requirements and priorities

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
