UI UX Designer

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality, user-centered design projects.

• High proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant design software.

• Deep understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and best practices for responsive design.

• Strong knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product managers.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

• Ability to mentor junior designers and lead design workshops.

• Follow design guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices across projects.

• Regularly conduct design audits to ensure consistency with the brand strategy.
  Maintain and update the style guide and UI kit for design consistency across all projects.
• Coordinate with the development team and Senior UX/UI Designer to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Address technical challenges while maintaining alignment with the design vision.
• Facilitate weekly meetings to report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Manage design reviews from the development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Ensure alignment between design and technical elements throughout the project.
• Execute design tasks on schedule, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Incorporate stakeholder and client feedback through design tools like Figma, revising designs as necessary.
• Work with the sales team to verify project scope before initiating design work.

Expected Strengths and Competencies:

• Experience in creating high-fidelity design prototypes, mockups, and wireframes, as well as proficiency in developing accompanying design documentation such as design specifications, style guides, and design systems.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software such as Figma, InDesign, Sketch, etc.
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis.
• Ability to translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
