• Complete transparency: After our first engagement, we present you a Reseller agreement which allows you to understand our key offering and services. You will have the complete peace of mind that we will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the document.
• Understanding your needs and process: We want to learn what problems you need solving, so we know how to provide the best solutions. This means understand what to expect in the future.
• Communication and Accountability: We discuss how you can always be in the loop, communicating with the development team and the Sydney/Melbourne team. We will also give you a rundown about what you can expect when it comes to weekly reporting.
• IP & White labelled: Be rest assured that you’re in safe hands when you work with us. Your websites and apps are your property after we handover the project to you. We never communicate with your client directly, unless you let us, so everything is white labelled and you control the communication within the project.
• Agile development sprints: We will discuss how we use the Agile method to make sure our development process is optimised. We pride ourselves in using this iterative method to ensure that testing detects bugs early, the user is always first and the product reaches market in the fastest time, with the highest quality.

• Screening: We first screen your application to determine whether your profile fits against the job description.
• First Interview: We call the shortlisted candidates for a first round of interviews which is mostly face-to-face with the People Ops team and the manager of the hiring unit.
• Assignment : Some positions might include a testing phase customized to the job role. This might be in the form of written examination, home assignments and presentations.
• Second Interview: Second round of interviews are usually for a deeper exploration of mutual fit  with a panel comprising of People Ops Head and Projects Ops Head
• Team Meeting: Some positions include a round of team meeting with various department/unit heads for a group discussion session.
• Final selection: We make our final selection based on consolidated feedback from all interviews, by carefully comparing the candidate profile, interview performance, reference checks, immediate job requirements and  cultural fit with EB Pearls.
• Offer and contracting: If you make it to the final stage, we will make you an official job offer. Your acceptance of this offer triggers the contractual processes.
• Onboarding: Based on your joining dates we will prepare an induction schedule to make sure you have everything you need to know and will provide you with the tools, so that you can start doing what you do best in the new challenging environment.
