Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Management or a related field.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.

Experience in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.

Strong understanding of project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Ability to make informed decisions quickly, manage risks, and solve complex technical issues.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Develop and implement QA/BA strategies, methodologies, and processes aligned with business goals, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards.

Create and execute comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing, while leading the adoption of automated tools for scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with Engineering Managers, BA Lead, and Senior QAs to achieve quality objectives and seamless project execution.

Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, and succession planning to meet current and future team needs.

Manage day-to-day QA/BA operations, including issue tracking, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of defects.

Foster a culture of innovation, mentorship, and continuous learning, ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with organizational goals.

Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to drive individual and team success.

Lead Agile practices, including sprint planning and progress tracking, using tools like Jira and EVM to ensure timely project delivery.

Analyze project budgets, optimize resource utilization, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.

Present quality updates, metrics, and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
Expected Strengths and Competencies:
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in software development
- Exceptional project management skills, with an ability to lead and manage resources effectively
- Proficient in resource utilization, planning, and client relationship management
- Experienced with Project Management Software, such as JIRA, to track progress and manage tasks
- Solid experience in Agile development methodologies and project execution
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, with the ability to articulate project status and issues clearly
- Scrum Master Certification, demonstrating expertise in Agile practices
- A blend of technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills for effective analysis and decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Prior experience in managing international projects and navigating cross-cultural complexities
- High standards of personal and professional integrity, with a strong ethical foundation
