EB Pearls is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the People Operations department.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining
hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and
development.
The People Operations Associate will work closely with the People Operations team to ensure smooth execution of people-related processes. You will play an active role in shaping a positive workplace culture by assisting with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Talent Spotlight:

  • University Bachelors’ degree in BBA/BBS, specialization in Human Resource Management will be preferred 

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in Operative and entry-level positions are preferred. 

  • Related work experience in the software development business is preferred. 

  • Has knowledge of the application of principles and practices of personnel administration. 

  • Good in Nepali and English (oral and written). 

  • Good in email, scheduling, office applications, and experience of online HRMS tools. 

  • Has a strong commitment to the organization's values, policies, and culture. 

  • Delivers the right thing, on time, with quality and accuracy. 

  • Identifies, assesses, and addresses potential issues in the workplace. 

  • Establishes a relation of trust with employees, and maintains confidentiality. 


The Impact Zone:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, and activities to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Ensure clear communication and compliance with company policies, addressing employee queries and providing accurate policy-related materials.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports for decision-making.

  • Assist in performance management processes, including updating performance metrics, supporting reviews, and addressing performance-related issues.

  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits events.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for employee gifts and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

  • Support training and development programs, ensuring employees’ development needs are met through in-house and off-site training initiatives.

  • Manage the company’s social media platforms by creating engaging content, developing a posting calendar, and promoting branding initiatives.


Expected Strengths and Competencies:

  • Personnel Administration Knowledge: Sound understanding of principles and practices
    of personnel administration, with the ability to support HR processes effectively.
  • Bilingual Communication: Proficient in both Nepali and English (oral and written),
    ensuring clear and professional communication across the organization.
  • Digital Proficiency: Skilled in email correspondence, scheduling, and office
    applications, with experience using online HRMS tools to streamline operations.
  • Organisational Alignment: Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding the
    organization's values, culture, and policies in all professional conduct.
  • Accuracy and Timeliness: Consistently delivers tasks with high accuracy, quality, and
    within designated timelines.
  • Workplace Issue Resolution: Able to identify, assess, and address potential workplace
    concerns proactively and constructively.
